Cancellation Policy

In all instances, with the exception of our inability to secure an appropriate venue for a reservation, any requests for booking modifications will be accommodated solely through postponement. The deposit rendered will be retained (non-refundable) until a revised date and time are furnished to us.

Postponements will be granted exclusively upon receipt of a minimum of 7 days' notice, provided that no additional costs are incurred by us. We retain the prerogative to decline a postponement, or to levy an additional fee for postponement, should we incur any supplementary charges, such as a venue being unable to issue a refund or reschedule without additional cost. In such an event, we would only impose additional fees that have been directly incurred by us due to a late postponement.

We reserve the right to charge the full balance for any attempted cancellations made 7 days or less prior to the commencement of the booking.

Liability

- You confirm that you are not pregnant, under the influence of alcohol or drugs, have no back or neck problems, or have not undergone surgery within the past 12 months.

- You grant us permission to potentially utilize photographs of you during an activity session on our website, social media, and in marketing materials.
